Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms are excellent with stunning views of the skyscrapers outside and very comfortable bedding. The service provided is top-notch, with helpful and courteous staff. Its location in the Mega Kuningan business district is convenient, and the dining experience, although limited to juicy steaks, was satisfying. However, the pricing could be considered on the higher side, but the value for money is definitely there.

However, the hotel is far from malls. Overall, it's a great value with excellent service and a prime location for business travelers.
